KDE 3.2.0 only

To fix the problem with KGpg dialogs appearing behind your working window (bug #69519), edit the file:
$HOME/.kde/share/config/kwinrc
and find a line starting with: IgnoreFocusStealingClasses=...
add kgpg to that line, so that it looks like:

IgnoreFocusStealingClasses=kded,kio_uiserver,kget,kgpg

Restart KDE and it will now work.

NB: this is just a workaround, the real fix is expected soon.
